Philip was a huge giant with a gentle heart. He was a vital and active member of AREP and as President, he made sure that he gave one hundred percent to every event. He was kind- hearted, full of laughter and always willing to help. He will surely be missed...Rest in peace my brother. I enjoyed the conversations we had.
